Look what you can win, an adventure.
0:02
What you got, all kinds of things on this thing, man.
0:04
How could you go wrong with a Lunchable?
0:05
Hey, what it do, GQ?
0:07
It's your boy, Ski Master Slump God.
0:10
These are my 10 essentials, and welcome to my lifestyle.
0:12
You dig?
0:23
Yes, indeed, the Millennium Puzzle.
0:28
This is the um, the chain that Yu-Gi-Oh had on, the actual chain that Yu-Gi-Oh had on.
0:32
This was like a tribute piece, kind of.
0:39
Me and Juice WRLD were talking about him getting this piece in general, and since he wasn't able to do it, I just decided to do it myself.
0:34
And it's also like a really big thing of my childhood.
0:45
Like, Yu-Gi-Oh was a really big thing in my childhood.
0:46
I never used to have cable, so I used to watch like CBS, and I had to wait the Saturday mornings for it to come on.
0:52
Like, I used to dream about waking up and watching that, so yeah, definitely Yu-Gi-Oh piece.
0:57
You dig me?
1:07
What's funny about the durag is usually people tie it to the back, right?
1:07
It's something that I started so long ago, bro.
1:09
I didn't like it.
1:14
I just looked so, I looked like an Alien Men In Black alien with it tied to the back, I felt like.
1:11
So I was just like, "It, I'm going to tie it to the front."
1:17
I was just experimenting.
1:18
First I had it like directly in the middle of my head.
1:19
I had it like, I tried it all kind of ways, and then I just tied it like with a knot to the front, like a shoelace, and it just stuck, you know what I mean?
1:27
And it, I don't know, for some reason, it was just iconic after that.
1:30
Everybody's just like, "Okay, that's a new way to tie the durag, so we'll, we'll incorporate it too." you know what I mean?
2:10
So it's crazy how like the durag, how far it's, it's come for me.
2:10
I want to have one of those durag lines where I'm just sitting with an awkward picture on the front, like in, in some side of like a beauty supply store or something.
2:10
You see me like touching my head, like for real.
2:10
Boom!
2:10
Why I say this is an essential for me is because drip, you feel me?
2:10
Like, I'm one person that's really big on clothes and how I dress, or what I'm wearing, you know what I mean?
2:10
So this was just basically to add like clothing and drip into it.
2:10
And I usually always have a fitted hat, not a snapback, not one of the grip your head, grip your head tight as hell hats.
2:19
I always like fitteds.
2:21
I do kind of with the dad hats as well, and I with the trucker hats as well.
2:26
But um, usually my favorite hat will be definitely the fitted hat, so definitely the essential.
2:33
Wow!
2:33
I got my cellular device.
2:33
I handle all my like everything on here, and I'm horrible with my phone on top of that.
2:33
But one thing I do want to say that I have to add on top of the cellular device as an essential is the Otterbox.
2:33
Right?
2:33
Boy, oh boy, am I horrible?
2:33
I am so clumsy, like, I don't know what it is.
2:33
Like, I dropped my phone, I've at least been through like in the past year or so, I've been through like three, three or four phones, honestly, if I'm being honest.
2:58
And I just got this phone refixed.
2:59
I fixed the LCD screen out here just the other day.
3:02
So my favorite apps to use are definitely um, Apple Music, SoundCloud, Spotify, um, Netflix.
3:10
I'm really big Netflix, and I'm a really big Crunchyroll.
3:17
When I'm out traveling, I have to get my anime in, bro, I have to.
3:17
So Crunchyroll, I'm, I have two year-long accounts on Crunchyroll and Funimation.
3:17
I'm a wee most likely, so yeah.
3:17
My favorite animes right now would have to be Black Clover, Demon Slayer, the early seasons of Attack on Titan.
3:17
Um, I like Promised Neverland right now.
3:17
Jujutsu Kaisen is kind of going crazy right now.
3:40
There's a lot of animes that I get that I, that I like, man, a lot, so it's hard to name just a few.
3:47
This is something that us Jamaicans call leaf.
3:50
You can use fronto, you can use trees wrap, but this is called Grabba Leaf, and um, we use it to smoke like smoke spliffs.
4:00
If you ever smoked spliffs, it's basically like a weed with this leaf, which is basically kind of like a tobacco leaf.
4:00
You crush it in there, or you just add it into whatever you're smoking, and you call it a spliff, man.
4:00
Sometimes I'll be having to go on a hunt, or usually I have to bring them with me wherever I'm going.
4:00
So out here, I got kind of lucky, they have them at the smoke shops out here in LA.
4:00
Where I'm, where I'm from more, they're, they're more sold like down south, like where I'm from, from Florida.
4:00
So that's where I started smoking Grabba Leaf, so it's all over the store in Florida, Atlanta and more south.
4:00
But when you get up north or out here near West, it's like kind of, you got to find it if a lot of Jamaicans or islanders smoke like this, but I definitely do.
4:42
I'm Jamaican this myself, my both of my parents are Jamaican, so that's probably really what I get it from.
4:54
Grabba Leaf ting, Grabba Leaf ting, dog.
4:52
Oh, you mean Bics?
5:00
Yes, the Bics.
5:00
Now, no, no, not the, the scrawny, um, weak looking lighters that we be getting that be stressing our fingers out, the Bics, bro.
5:06
I got to have this also because I smoke Newports and I smoke Grabber, like I showed you, so I got to have the lighter with it, you know what I mean?
5:41
Um, plus I got to have a pack of it because, you know, professional thieves out here, it's like Assassin's Creed out here with these lighters, so I got to have a pack of these.
5:41
I'm a really big person on like, uh, intention or energy, so I feel like if you personally believe that that white lighter is bad luck, then you believe in that negativity will bring the bad luck to you, you know what I mean?
5:41
So I got to have these.
5:41
Even if it's not AirPods, I'm usually, I'm usually rocking some type of, uh, headphones with me.
5:41
Usually I have the big headphones that go over my ears because that's how I usually like to listen to music, especially with traveling and being on a plane and having the, the noise cancellation.
5:41
So AirPods is always a big, really big essential for me.
5:41
I'm always listening to music, always, always listening to Erykah Badu, Grime, some beautiful, nostalgic.
6:02
How do you write your raps?
6:11
Yeah, so while I'm going throughout my day, I'll probably just write through my, if I have something fire that I have in my head, I'll just open my notes and write it down, even if it doesn't go to a beat so far.
6:13
And somehow I would squeeze that into a fire ass beat that I like.
6:19
I would find some way to put it into a fire ass beat.
6:23
I would find some type of flow that I could fit it and then I would just fit that into there.
6:26
Keyboard and mouse.
6:26
I video game freak.
6:29
I play all kinds of games, and I just started getting into more of, uh, keyboard and mouse gaming.
6:33
I'm really into Call of Duty, Rust, Apex Legends, all kinds of crazy.
6:40
Runescape was like the first game I used with keyboard and mouse.
6:43
It was definitely tough for me to figure out the controls because I haven't really used the keyboard and mouse like since I was like younger when I was in school.
6:51
It doesn't have to be, it doesn't even have to be a Logitech, there could be any kind of keyboard or mouse or even an Xbox 360 controller.
6:56
As soon as I'm done with this interview with you guys, I'm about to bust this thing open and play some video games with it.
7:02
Boom, bang, bow!
7:05
What you mean?
7:05
Huh, huh?
7:05
You know you've seen these.
7:08
Come on now, son, you can't tell me this is not an essential at some point in your life.
7:13
They even got the little, they got the Bev.
7:15
Not only do you got the food, you got the Bev, you need the Bev.
7:19
So I mean, I can slap these at any time of day, lunch, breakfast, dinner, it really don't matter.
7:23
So these, these specifically are the cracker ones, you know what I mean?
7:28
I mean, I really get, I can, I can get into it all.
7:30
I get freaky, get the, get the nachos, get the, the pizza, you feel me?
7:35
Make a crazy little pizza, slap that tomato sauce on there.
7:37
I mean, Lunchable is goated, so I had to add it for sure.
7:42
Wow!
7:42
Get a close-up on that Pedialyte, you like, you dig.
7:47
You got to get the nutrition facts on there.
7:47
I go out, I drink.
7:47
I be waking up feeling like I got beat up by a poltergeist or something, like a ghost or something.
7:47
When I drink this, I wake up feeling good, my muscles are relaxed, you know what I mean?
7:59
I could, I could go on about my day after a long night of drinking, so Pedialyte, important, important.
8:08
I thought it was just for babies too, and it's crazy.
8:08
I, I just got put on to Pedialyte at least last year, at least last year, you know what I mean?
8:08
And what's crazy is I was like, "What, when am I stupid?"
8:33
I could have been doing this.
8:40
I used to be drinking Gatorades and stuff like that, hot, warm Gatorades, but this is definitely better, definitely better to replace those electrolytes.
8:40
Get you a Pedialyte, you feel me?
8:40
Boom!
8:40
Got to have this, I mean, like, if this mother was out the rapping, I would have turned it on for y'all, let it vibrate for you a little bit.
8:40
We could have got even more freaky.
8:40
So for me, I've never really had, um, braces or anything like that, and I don't have, um, veneers either.
8:42
So I really got to be taking care of my teeth.
8:45
I drink brown liquor the majority of the time and stuff too, so I ain't going to lie, I had to hit the dentist for him to tell me like, "Yeah, dude, you need to start flossing more."
8:52
He was like, "You got to floss because you smoke weed."
8:58
And I was like, "Yeah, all right."
8:58
My floss game has been impeccable lately, I'm not going to lie.
8:58
And it's usually always a, um, mechanical toothbrush.
8:58
I don't know why, I just be feeling fancy with these, I'm not going to lie.
8:58
Hey, thank you guys for coming and checking out my 10 essentials.
9:10
I hope that you can relate to my lifestyle, and uh, until next time.
