What's up, learned buddies?
0:01
Cowboy Cerrone, these are my essentials.
0:16
Frozen Snickers.
0:16
We got it in bite-size.
0:19
Throw my fries here, reach in, put my late night snack.
0:22
And when I'm cutting weight, training for a fight, can't stay away from Canyon.
0:25
Why do you put them in the freezer?
0:33
Maybe because they're hard and delicious and cold and can't eat them that fast, maybe.
0:33
Probably counterproductive eating Snickers all the time, but I train hard, deserve a little treat.
0:43
Speaking of things that are bad for you, always refreshing, ice-cold, delicious Budweiser.
0:53
This has been my drink of choice for years.
0:56
And then I got picked up to sponsored by, oh they have one rule: you can't drink anything else.
1:03
And I'm like, I don't drink anything else anyway, so it's a total, total win for me.
1:08
You know, sometimes I like to burn both ends of the life candle, see if I can race to the middle.
1:12
So it's just, that's one of the things that it also helps me, beer is definitely essential to me for sure.
1:18
We drink five nights a week probably.
1:25
Yeah, everyone asks me, how do you drink and you still [inaudible]?
1:21
Yeah, absolutely.
1:25
I like, I like beer.
1:31
Put my knees and the brainy's and riding Harleys on my favorite things to do, man.
1:35
We, uh, I got ten of them sitting over there in my garage.
1:38
Riding bikes, riding Harleys, really, ride handing is only fun if other people ride with you.
1:47
So that's why I have so many because I have some people here at the ranch and it's like, alright, I'm gonna go check up on our Harley.
1:47
And then everyone's like, come on man.
1:51
It's like, oh, I got something, you guys come along.
1:58
Like, yes, I like just the power of a hog, but the sound of it, just cruising through the mountains, man, it's awesome.
1:58
Moving right along into what I also like to do while drinking beer is being on the lake.
1:58
Wakeboarding has like overtaken my life.
1:58
Just really love it, man.
1:58
I love doing aerials and tricks in the air and we get up to 6:00 in the morning when we go out and get the super nice water and just play.
1:58
There's nothing better than just like pure glass water and shred.
1:58
Anything water sports, it shouldn't just, just say wakeboarding.
1:53
I say anything water sports, barefooting, surfing, skiing, wakeboarding, you know, being on the water in general, just a water dog.
2:35
So we love it and it consumes a lot of my time and a lot of money and gas.
2:47
I got an, oh yeah, an M235 Malibu and it's the biggest, baddest on the [inaudible].
2:47
So you're approaching a fight, you're not nervous that you're gonna fall trying to backflip it?
2:54
Many people ask me that all the time, like, how are you able to go mountain biking and ride Harleys and race my horses and the wild things I do leading up to a fight?
3:03
And the UFC used to be running a certain because in our contracts, none of that's allowed, like a contractual agreement that you can't do.
3:13
But they just kind of, it just keeps me ticking, man, it keeps me going.
3:13
You know, what once we got to do?
3:14
Yeah, man, you do, you only, you ain't gonna get one shot at this damn thing and I live life backwards.
3:21
I'm gonna have to get a real job and work when I'm old because right now I'm on vacation.
3:26
You know, I do all this.
3:26
I don't want to be eighty and trying to wait for it.
3:26
I want to do it now.
3:26
We're home for seven, back shooting the gentleman paintball.
3:26
He's a lot of fun here, it hurts like hell but it's cool just to have like a tactical mindset, you know, you have a meatball room right?
3:26
Give him a paintball room to house all of our paintball guns, rock climbing, scuba diving, mountain bike.
3:26
It's kind of like a fun room.
3:26
It's cool, we usually have people over here and you draw numbers in hats and then we let them walk in in the room and pick the masks, pick the gun and we offset the teams and get to work.
4:06
So if you think you're good, come on out, I'm really good and try your luck.
4:12
Good boy, this is Billy Ray.
4:19
She's a girl, but a boy's name.
4:29
She's supposed to be a Chow, but she's a little tall and not as fluffy so I think we got kind of got on the Chow and she's really nice.
4:29
So we wanted like a mean Chow, but animals to me is like a really big part of my life.
4:37
When you go out there, you'll see me raise everything, I even have a white buffalo, I'm pretty proud at which is a cool buffalo fact.
4:51
One in every ten million is a white buffalo.
4:51
That's kind of cool, right?
4:51
I got one.
4:51
I'll never eat her ever.
4:51
The other Buffalo will get welcome, yeah.
4:51
Almost forgot, the love of my life, scuba diving.
4:51
Every certification you could possibly have, I have, so does my wife and we dive a lot.
4:51
Cave diving for one and shipwrecks are my favorite.
4:51
I want to go five hundred feet one time, deepest I've been is like three hundred forty.
4:51
I love it, man, it's crazy fun.
4:51
Do the nut and then do it, just think it's gonna clear head.
4:51
Then I go really deep down into caves and then it becomes really hard and a lot of thinking and a lot of planning.
5:31
And then I really like it.
5:34
Like this big custom middle finger right here on the side of my tank to let someone know that this is a hundred percent oxygen and do not grab this tank ever.
5:44
This is mine and my lifeline right here is his MOD, which is your max operating death is twenty feet.
5:44
So if you took this anything deeper than twenty feet, sayonara sucka.
5:44
One of the essential things in life I think is tools.
5:44
I think my favorite thing to do is when people come out here traveling me is teach him to build.
5:44
You guys have walked around the ranch a little bit, we've built every single thing here from the ground up, even this gym we're sitting in, you know, everything, my house, we built it.
5:44
I just built my son a cool little playroom, all grass turf and so we can go in there and just run and go crazy, powder walls and you know, just try and hurt himself.
5:44
Yeah, tools to me vital part of living here.
5:44
Come here, boy.
5:44
I was work, this is my family now.
5:44
Well, you wanted to name him Sue, a boy named Sue and so when he came up with Danger, I was like, Danger it is.
6:52
His first name is Dax and my initials are Donald Abby Strong as a DAC.
6:58
And he's my son's own Dax on Dachshund Danger t-shirt.
7:05
Here's another one: is my dad can beat up your dad.
7:05
He's thirteen, fourteen and he starts, you know, I don't know what I, I'll do if he wants to do it, I wouldn't push it.
7:05
He'll definitely learn it and he definitely won't have any idea what inside sports are like Nintendo or TV.
7:24
Yeah, I don't care to play soccer, baseball, volleyball, hacky sack.
7:30
Like, he'll just be super busy and we have three so it's new to me.
7:45
I couldn't live without a family, without two guys.
7:45
These are my things, they should come on to the ranch, checking them out, hearing my stories, see you the next fight, better hear you cheering through the [inaudible] for TV.
